I AM MAGGIE, AND I UNDERSTAND YOU...

                                Because my personal journey has been long, filled with ups and downs. I let my thoughts steer my life and believed them for a long time, leading to a deep depression and a challenging road ahead. After countless treatments, I had had enough. I was done! I wanted a change, and on MY terms. That's how Maggie’s Way was born.

With a heart full of compassion and finally happy, I felt the urge to help others with my gained knowledge and experience. With love, I engaged in conversations, asked questions, and shared my insights. At some point, I asked myself: what am I actually doing? I started writing everything down and organizing it. From this process, a method emerged that I became increasingly passionate about. I envisioned a book, a source where everything that has helped me comes together. A place where people can work on themselves safely and comfortably, from their own environment. I now know how liberating it is to feel good, and I wish that for everyone. That's how MY JOURNAL was born.

WHEN WILL I SEE OR NOTICE RESULTS? This, of course, varies from person to person, but when you read and write in MY JOURNAL regularly, you can see and notice results after just 1 month. Creating a routine takes at least 10 days. Give yourself the time and peace to schedule and create this for yourself.

IS MY JOURNAL GOING TO CHANGE A LOT IN MY LIFE? You always have control over this! It will certainly improve you in a positive way, not necessarily change you. You'll notice that you look at the world differently because you know you always have a choice. And that choice is yours! The same applies to how much you want to let your life change :)

CAN I MAKE MY JOURNAL TOGETHER WITH SOMEONE? Yes, absolutely! We recommend this, especially if you find it challenging to establish a routine around MY JOURNAL or if you struggle with certain assignments.
