We are guided too much by the environment and social media.

But who is actually in charge of yourself?

That's you.

Think about what YOU like and what suits you?

Ask yourself whether this makes you happy or not?

Is this me? Everyone has their own style, but sometimes we lose it.

You also have to get used to some things.

Take your time and decide later.

Remember that any choice is good.

Every choice you make is yours and for yourself.

When you know that actually no choice is wrong because it is your choice, it takes a lot of pressure off your shoulders.

If it turns out that a choice turns out differently, you simply do it again. That does not matter. That's okay.

We are afraid of making the wrong choice. It always resolves itself in the end. Humans are creative and inventive. And sometimes you only end up with the right choice after a bad choice. You probably wouldn't have even thought of that with the first wrong choice. You learn from that. The next time you experience stress, ask yourself what it is. What are your thoughts?

Realize that if you like yourself, you will also feel more confident. Then you radiate this. It will be fine and you will do well. So you can rest assured that everything will be fine. Let it go. Breathe in and out.

Enjoy what you are doing.

We are all too busy in our heads. We don't choose with our heart, but with our head.

All the social media incentives that are constantly trying to sell you stuff. The physical stores also continue to bombard you with advertisements. It arouses jealousy. Something we don't want but which happens unconsciously.

The pictures you see on social media are often not real. It's one perfectly shot shot, but you don't see the reality. You don't see the whole story. This can affect your thoughts and expectations.

Do your own thing and don't be influenced. It is good not to take everything too seriously and realize that everything is fine now.

'We're in our own heads all day'

YOU ARE ALREADY FUN.

Say this to yourself. Just by being yourself, you are the cutest version! It's such a liberation when that happens. You're cute. You are handsome. You are smart. You are sweet. You are good at your job. You are worth it and you are doing your best! Don't let that stress of choice get a grip on your daily life. Any choice you make is okay. Do not let them get to you!

 

It's all right OR it's gonna be alright These are important words… get them in your head and your heart. There's always a lot going on, but it's the way you deal with it that determines how you feel. You have the choice.

 

You can always come back to your choice. That option is here! But often, there is a reason you choose something, because you really do know inside. Do your own thing and don't let yourself be negatively influenced. It's good not to take everything too seriously and realize that everything is fine right now. Constantly ask yourself, "How are you now?" Now it's good, now I'm calm, now I'm happy. In the now it is always good. How nice is that!
