1. BELIEVE IN CHANGE
Everything is in your head. Your beliefs are just beliefs, and they are not always TRUE. For example, when you think you can't do something, this doesn't have to be true. “I am stupid”; “I am clumsy”; or “I am afraid of bees.” A certain experience may have made you believe in this. But you can change this. These beliefs are often very deeply programmed. To change it, you're going to need to reprogram yourself. Basically, you will start making a new dialogue in your head about how you think about yourself or about something.
Try to take or schedule a moment of awareness every day. Review what is happening with your thoughts in that moment. Do you notice that you bring yourself down with your thoughts all the time? Be aware of this for a moment, and then let it go. Do this at your own pace. Get a feeling of what works well for YOU.

2. TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF.
It is extremely important that you take good care of yourself. Are you making enough effort to take good care of yourself? I didn't, and that is when I collapsed. A lot of people don't take care of themselves, and they don't know how important this is. When you start taking care of yourself, you are basically saying to yourself, "YOU are important. No one else can take care of you. Be proud of yourself!”
Every time you are aware of the moment that you choose yourself instead of someone else, you give yourself a compliment. YOU GO UP! Look in the mirror, and ask yourself if you are worth it.

3. WHO AM I? MY HAPPY LIST
Many of us don't know ourselves very well at all. It’s time to find out! Explore what is good for YOU. If you know who you are, you can really take care of yourself and stand up for yourself because only then do you know what is good for you. Find out where your passion lies and what your dreams are. Think of this as a wonderful discovery and start this adventure!

4. THE MINDSET
Discover that you can actually do EVERYTHING by believing that you can. The world is at your feet. Life is too short and too beautiful not to enjoy it to the fullest. You ARE what you think and you CAN do what you think. Focus on your goal! Your head is full of thoughts and beliefs. All of these beliefs are NOT the truth. You're only thinking these things. You can change these beliefs into new, better, and, most importantly, positive thoughts. You can reprogram yourself. Are you ready?!
TO DOTake a moment to write down your personal goals. Close your eyes and imagine what you would really like to have in this life. Is this feasible?
