We let ourselves be guided too much by the environment and social media.
But who is actually in charge of yourself?
Think about what YOU like and what suits you?
Ask yourself whether this makes you happy or not? Is this me? Everyone has their own style, but sometimes we lose it. You also have to get used to some things.
Take your time and decide later.
Remember that any choice is good. Every choice you make is yours and for yourself.
'THE BODY IS BIZARRELY CLEVER. IT GIVES YOU SIGNS'
Burnout. An often-discussed topic these days. Even teenagers and young adults suffer from it. A burnout is often difficult to diagnose. Fortunately, awareness of this issue is increasing, and you can find help. Recovering from a burnout is a psychological and physical process that must take place under proper supervision. When there is no definitive support, various aspects can slow down the process. Of course, you want to avoid this.
I HOPE I CAN INSPIRE YOU TO DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY
There are many levels to a burnout. The question is: at what point do you realize that something is off? This is the moment when you look at yourself in the mirror and think, “This is not going well.” What point are you at now? There are excellent places out there which you can visit to gain a sense of how you are doing. It is often the case that as soon as something starts to bother you, only then do you realize that something may not be right. This is the so-called wake up call. If you don't listen to yourself and your body, this feeling will constantly come back. The body is so bizarrely clever. It gives you signs, in a manner of speaking. Listen to your body!
struggles? Who doesn't have them. But if they stay on longer or if there are severe complaints , it may be that you suffer from a burnout. Do you recognize this and do the following complaints sound familiar to you? Then do something right away. The faster the better, then the recovery is also faster.
❊ Worrying and Anxiety
❊ Bad sleep
❊ Lots of dreams
❊Emotional and Tired
❊ being down
❊ Panic Attacks
❊ No or little energy
❊ Insecure about yourself
❊ Depressed feelings
❊ Decreased libido
Go try and find your way back and have fun. You are worth it only you have lost this feeling for a while. You can change your mind! Because you're doing it right, otherwise you wouldn't have had any of the complaints. It's the die-hards who get this. Believe me!
BURNOUT, DEPRESSION, ADHD, OVERWORKED, DRINKING TOO MUCH, AND THEN WHAT?
Due to social media and the pressures of the job market, I notice that more and more people stumble over themselves and collapse. Then they are in a hurry again to rejoin society quickly. Actually, they want a quick fix. But who wouldn't?
The danger lies in perfectionism. Nothing is ever fully completed, nor is it good enough. But, in fact, everything is just fine the way it is. Yet in your eyes and in your mind, it can always be better. Because it is never finished: your studies, your schedule, your to-do lists, the laundry, your work, your household, your kids, your house and so on. If you start to accept this, you are on the right track! Ask the questions: "Is this what I want?", "Do I want to live like this?"
If you start to stand up for yourself and you start to accept what YOU want and what YOU like, you have already taken a huge step. This can be quite a challenge at first. That is the crux! The key is inside you; actually, you already know everything.
